Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australian Post. If you prefer delivery by Australian Post Registered we can accomodate this and it is suggested you choose this option in checkout for larger orders, an additional registration cost will be applied. For tracking numbers of delivery status you will need to choose a shipping option that is registered. For international parcels we offer you Australian Post International for quick delivery of your goods via airmail. Should you require a faster express method then please contact us prior to placing your order for costing based on your location.

We also offer our U.S customers the USPS shipping option for local delivery from the U.S.

USPS offer registered parcels by default.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
